- Select reserves and keep separately
- Make all reasonable attempts to notify winners, log and record
- Obtain proof of identity / address when relevant
- Dispatch prizes securely to genuine winners at the correct address
- The logging of processes and reports are kept if needed
- An accurate winners list is published
